About this app
This notice describes the current Color with Tiny Boss app prototype for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets. It is separate from the Tumblethorn website, which has its own privacy information.
Drawings and preferences
In this version, drawing progress, finished pictures in My treehouse, language choices and sound preferences stay on the device. The app does not upload this artwork or these preferences to Tumblethorn. There are no accounts, advertisements or third-party analytics in this version.
Storage and device backups
Progress and finished pictures remain until they are removed in the app or its storage is cleared. Removing the app can also remove its pictures. Device backup settings may keep copies under the device or backup provider’s rules. Keep an exported copy of pictures you want to preserve.
Saving and sharing
Save picture prepares an image in the app’s temporary cache and opens the device’s sharing options. You decide where to save or share it. The app reuses its temporary export file. Services or apps selected for sharing have their own privacy practices.
Offline play and website links
Pictures, songs and translations are included with the installed app and can be used offline. Opening this policy on the website needs an internet connection and is behind a parent check. Visiting the website makes a normal web request: the website’s hosting and delivery providers may process network information such as your IP address. Artwork is not attached to that request.
Children and parent controls
Children do not need to enter a name, email address or other contact details to color. The parent check helps prevent accidental visits to external pages; it is not identity verification or consent to collect personal data.
Future changes
If accounts, memberships, payments, cloud saving or other data-related features are introduced, this app’s policy and store disclosures must be reviewed before those features launch.
